Why Golem Systems?
The word golem is used in the Bible to refer to an embryonic or incomplete substance. Golems are often used today in metaphor either as brainless entities or as entities serving man under controlled conditions, but hostile to him in others.
Early golem stories date thousands of years back and represent the continuous fascination of mankind in creating intelligent beings from lifeless matter. This fascination in a large respect explains the motivation in Artificial Intelligence research.The Golem “virus” is of course not limited to computer science, as other types of projects are taking place.
